Your scheduled ship date is marked on the add-to-cart button. We'll keep you updated on any changes as the shipping date approaches, and send tracking information as soon as orders are dispatched.

You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. Typical delivery times are 2-4 days for domestic orders and 5-7 days for international ones, depending on the shipping method.

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Ground Shipping for free. Customers normally receive their orders 3-5 business days from the shipment date. We also provide express options through UPS to accommodate 3-day, 2-day, and next-day delivery with additional fees.

We offer free express shipping worldwide from New York, unless otherwise specified.

All international orders are shipped via DHL or UPS Worldwide Express.

Duties and taxes terms vary by destination. Once you have selected your shipping country/region and currency, you can find the applicable terms under shipping & returns on the product page and in the cart.

• For the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia orders, all duties and taxes are included.

• For Canada orders, all duties are included, and taxes will be calculated at checkout.

• For Mainland China orders, duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout. Due to recent Chinese customs regulations, we recommend purchasing only one item per order to prevent customs clearance delays.

• For other countries, duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. They will appear as a separate line item at checkout. We highly recommend prepaying duties and taxes at checkout to ensure smooth customs clearance and avoid delivery delays. If you choose to pay duties and taxes upon delivery, they will be the customer's responsibility.

Please note that if a customer fails to retrieve their package, the cost of returning the package will be the customer's responsibility.

Please allow up to 2 business days to process regular orders and 5-7 business days to process custom emboss orders.

Orders will be shipped according to the customer’s specified address and will require a signature for delivery. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses. If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship.

All orders will be insured. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping.

All stated shipping times are an estimate and not a guarantee. Shipping speeds for international orders are not guaranteed, but most orders arrive within the stated window. Please contact the shipping service directly for a more precise estimate once your order has been dispatched.
