We sincerely hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we don’t accept international returns.
The customer is responsible for return costs. As a small business, we are unable to accommodate free returns at this time, but as we grow, we plan to change that. See below for specifics on our current policy.
Return and Exchange Policy
All items purchased in the U.S. are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of the postmarked delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and accompanying packaging. All sales are final after 14 days.
The customer is responsible for the return cost.

Return and Exchange Process
If you wish to return or exchange an item, request a Return Authorization Form by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to state your order number and the name of the item you wish to return. No parcel shall be accepted without a Return Authorization Form. Once you complete the Return Authorization Form, place the item securely in its original packaging with tags and labels intact and follow our return shipping instructions.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow up to 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
